The Dog House, LLC, located in Bloomington, IN, is looking for responsible and enthusiastic full- and part-time Receptionists to join our team. We’re a cage-free dog daycare and boarding facility, providing exceptional care to the Bloomington community 24/7, 365 days a year. If you’re ready to make tails wag (literally), keep reading!

As a Receptionist at The Dog House, your role is more than just answering phones—it’s about creating a welcoming and safe environment for both our furry friends and their owners. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: - Providing exceptional customer service and care for our canine guests and their humans. - Answering client requests via phone, text, and email with professionalism and warmth. - Communicating effectively and courteously with your team. - Maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the facility. - Ensuring a positive, fun, and safe experience for all dogs in our care. - Advancing your knowledge and skills through provided training to grow both personally and professionally.

We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about dogs and ready to roll up their sleeves! Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - Availability : Some holiday and weekend availability is required. - Physical Requirements : Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, and working outdoors in various weather conditions (don’t worry, safety always comes first!). - Dog-Friendly : Comfortable working in a group of dogs of all breeds and sizes. - Team Spirit : Willing to engage in fun activities with staff for employee outings and events.
