Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Job Title This is a remote position. Edit videos and design dynamic motion graphics for campaigns, ads, and social media. Create visually compelling content visuals 3D Design (Blender) Model, texture, and render 3D assets for use in videos and promotional materials. Animate 3D elements and integrate them seamlessly into motion projects. 2D Visuals & Branding Design logos, visual identities, and branding systems. Create engaging social media visuals, digital graphics, and marketing materials. AI-Driven Creative Workflow Research and apply AI tools (image, video, and motion generation) to enhance production efficiency. Incorporate AI outputs into pipelines while maintaining creative quality. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with marketing, creative, and production teams to translate ideas into visuals. Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Requirements Proven experience in motion design, video editing, 2D visuals, and branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator). Advanced skills in Blender (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation). Strong understanding of AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, Sora, or similar). Ability to manage the full creative pipeline from concept to execution. Strong storytelling, typography, composition, and branding skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must Have Familiarity with AI-driven workflows in branding and content creation. A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, 3D, 2D visuals, branding, and AI-driven projects. EffVision
