Your Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree 1+ years of experience Understanding and exposure to supply chain concepts and interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management Hands‑on experience in a high‑performance manufacturing environment, specifically demonstrating leadership skills in performance improvement & change management Clear demonstration of having led operational improvements and in managing key transformation factors (e.g., performance management systems, mindsets/behaviors) Demonstrated aptitude for analytics Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively Comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80% Industries Aerospace & Defense Automotive & Assembly Capabilities Operations Equal Opportunity Statements FOR U.S. APPLICANTS: McKinsey & Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date, and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey’s discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
