Job Summary Signature Companies is recruiting a Field Consultant to conduct high‑value property surveys in Summit and Eagle counties, Colorado. The role, performed as a self‑directed independent contractor (1099), involves scheduling, performing on‑site inspections, documenting home details, and completing web‑based reports. Responsibilities Schedule and conduct on‑site property surveys for high‑value homes. Manage work assignments and complete reports within your own schedule. Visit properties, take photographs, record measurements, and document unique features and hazards. Prepare estimated replacement values and communicate findings via the Loss Control 360 system on the Signature website. Interact professionally with homeowners and insurance agents via phone, email, and in‑person. Requirements Professionalism and strong oral and written communication skills. Personal smartphone, tablet, and Windows‑based PC with high‑speed internet. Digital camera or smartphone with 16 MP or greater camera, and measuring devices (laser, tape, wheel). Reliable vehicle and auto/general liability insurance. BA or BS degree desired but not required. Prior inspection, loss‑control, underwriting, or construction experience desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
