OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Austin, MN by HMD Trucking
$25 per hourHMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Load Pay
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Drive with HMD Trucking from Austin, MN on nationwide OTR flatbed lanes, earning top mileage pay and predictable home time.
Our fleet of over 500 late-model trucks includes APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, removable rider seats, and full maintenance support.
Key Duties:
- Safely operate flatbed trailers across long-haul routes
- Properly secure and tarp freight per regulatory standards
- Maintain on-time delivery and compliance
What We Offer:
- $0.70/mile base plus $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus

Requires Class A CDL and 12 months OTR flatbed experience.
