The Role – FABRICATION TECHNICIAN I As a Fabrication Tech I, you'll be working hands-on in a dynamic environment, helping us transform raw materials into high-quality products that keep our operations running smoothly. Your role will be essential in ensuring the finished product meets Suburban Enterprises’ high standards for quality and precision. What You’ll Do Fabricate & Assemble: Work with cutting-edge tools and equipment to fabricate parts and components for a variety of products. Keen eye for basic to complex assembly. Tech-Savvy Work: Manages the movement, organization, and storage of materials with precision and efficiency. Quality Control: Inspect finished products, testing components to ensure they meet the quality standards. Teamwork: Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to meet production goals and deadlines. Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone. What We Are Looking For Entry-Level Friendly: While experience is a plus, it’s not required. If you have a passion for hands-on work and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision are key—your careful eye will help maintain the highest quality standards. Mechanical Aptitude: If you enjoy working with your hands and have a basic understanding of machines and tools, you’re already on the right track. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods—this job will keep you on your toes!
