Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role providing occupational therapy support to students from Pre-K through post-graduate levels in an engaging educational environment near Montgomery, IN. This contract position offers the opportunity to work across all school buildings, collaborating with educators, families, and staff to ensure that every student with occupational therapy services in their IEP receives the support they need to succeed.

This is a full-time opening requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the period from October 10 through December 18. With a caseload of up to 100 students, your expertise will empower learners at all stages, addressing a wide range of developmental and functional needs.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana licensure in Occupational Therapy required
• Prior experience supporting students in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a large and varied caseload, delivering services across multiple locations
• Skilled at adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs from early childhood through young adulthood
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, faculty, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain organized documentation and monitor student progress
• Flexibly travel between school buildings as needed
