This group develops scalable AI platforms focused on personalization, orchestration, and experimentation to enable seamless commerce globally. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape product strategy, execute roadmaps, and apply data-driven decision making that improves customer experiences and business outcomes. What you'll do: Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights. Own complex customer problems and product requirements, considering upstream and downstream impacts. Develop and manage product roadmaps ensuring strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and resource prioritization. Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering and interpreting customer feedback and product usage data. Guide teams in defining success metrics and validating product outcomes across multiple dimensions. Influence enterprise prioritization through customer insights and opportunity-sizing models. Lead cross-functional collaboration to promote strategic vision and product leadership. Mentor product managers and elevate product management practices across the organization. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and elevating product management practices. Skilled in guiding product lifecycle from MLP to scalable launch and long-term evolution.
