Project Manager (HVAC)

Project Manager (HVAC) position in CA Pasadena, CA

We are a well-known mechanical contractor in the Los Angeles area, looking for a Mid to Senior Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to join our office.

Responsibilities of Project Manager (HVAC):

• Ensure effective tracking of sub-contractors, foreman, labor and materials for the budget and schedule
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and other Sub-trades
• Submit change-orders
• Daily site visits

Requirements for Project Manager (HVAC):

• 4 to 15 years or more of commercial HVAC Project Management experience

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• Prior field experience in commercial HVAC
• Experience with MS Project, BlueBeam, MS Excel, among others
• Local in the Los Angeles Area
• Stable work-history
