Comp Range: $90,000.00 to $102,000.00 Annually. Reports to: Sr. Project Manager Job Summary | Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have 6 - 12 years experience with a wide-range of environmental project types and sizes including all work phases from investigation through remediation. Experience with NJDEP/LSRP projects required. Experience in project and task management is also required including coordination with management, clients, contractors, and project teams. Seeking a candidate with a Get It Done attitude. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with junior and senior level staff on projects of varying sizes/complexity. Primary responsibilities will include implementation and management of technical and administrative aspects of environmental remediation projects, as well as staff management, and client communication and coordination. Other responsibilities include developing work scopes and cost estimates, implementing, directing, and overseeing soil, groundwater and vapor intrusion investigations, data management and evaluation, and technical report writing. Opportunities for increased responsibilities and advancement with proven track record. Preferred Experience 6-12 Years experience with remedial investigations and the design and implementation of remedial actions. Experience with staff management and mentoring. Experience Required Knowledgeable and proficient in NJDEP statutes and regulations (e.g., SRRA/LSRP, ARRCS and TRSR), associated technical guidance documents, regulatory timeframes, documentation/reporting requirements, and SRP regulatory forms. Experience with Superfund projects and PADEP environmental statutes, regulations, and guidance a plus. Strong emphasis on excellent technical writing skills - clear and concise presentation of complex information Other Requirements Conscientious, dedicated, hard‑working, committed to excellence and exceptional client service. Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have experience in environmental consulting. Maintains confidentiality; ensures that the firm is compliant with Federal and State laws and regulations. Ability/flexibility to travel to NJ and eastern PA sites.
