Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Day Shift

Join a supportive and collaborative nursing team in an acute care telemetry unit, providing exceptional patient-centered care. This role is open to both new graduate and experienced Registered Nurses with an emphasis on delivering quality care, patient safety, and professional development. Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families. Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment needs. Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through active participation in related activities. Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN licensure, and preferred Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience for advanced roles.
