Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, & Flexible Shifts Available (2 to 12-hour shifts)

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a home care LNA, you will provide peaceful, dedicated personal care and clinical support to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

• Companionship & Connection: Engage clients in meaningful conversation, puzzles, walks, and activities to keep them socially active and mentally sharp.
• Dignified Personal Care: Provide hands-on support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, skin care, and personal hygiene.
• Safe Mobility & Transfers: Assist clients with ambulation, transfers, and positioning using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Meal Prep: Assist with meal planning and nutritional cooking according to dietary restrictions; monitor and encourage hydration.
• Medication Reminders: Provide timely reminders for clients to take prescribed medications and support routine adherence.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment by handling laundry and light cleaning.
• Companionship & Transport: Engage clients in meaningful social interaction and accompany or drive them to local medical appointments and essential outings.
• Clinical Observation: Closely observe, document, and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental status to the nursing supervisor.

Job Requirements (Qualifications):

• Active New Hampshire LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certificate in good standing (Required).
• 1+ years of experience as an LNA in home health, a facility, or a hospital setting preferred.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid (Preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
