On-Call Massage TherapistThe Post Oak Hotel is seeking an On-Call Massage Therapist to join the only double Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences. The On-Call Massage Therapist will be responsible for performing all treatments and services as trained and required by the standards of the Spa and Hotel.Responsibilities:Greet guests and welcome them in a friendly mannerCommunicate relevant information with superior communication skills and professionalismExplain massage and body treatments, including techniques, benefits, and product usedHandle opening and closing proceduresDaily set up, stocking, cleaning of treatment rooms, and dispensaryMaintain a safe, sanitary and professional work areaPromote all treatments and products offered in the Spa & SalonHandle guest comments and concerns in a timely and appropriate mannerQualifications:Aspire to our values of being passionate, strive for excellence, remain relevant, collaborate and act with honor and integrity2 years of professional massage therapy experienceValid State Massage therapist licenseCPR certified or willing to obtain certificationReading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English languagePrevious hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferredAbility to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is requiredPhysical demands - Standing, walking, squatting, kneeling and half kneeling for cleaning.
