Residency & Sales Counselor

Department: Administration - Marketing & Sales Reports to: Director of Marketing & Sales Status: Hourly/Non-exempt Pay Range: $28.00-$30.00/hour (plus commission), based on credentials and experience. Rose Senior Living at Providence Park is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sales Counselor to join our team! This position is responsible for working with the Director of Sales & Marketing to successfully build occupancy thru sales and move ins. Supports the Director of Sales & Marketing in generating inquiries, handling prospects, conducting tours, entering and utilizing data entered into the lead management system and other activities necessary to achieve budgeted census goals. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Sales & Residency Counselor: * Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to plan and implement lead-generation activities that increase inquiries and occupancy. * Handle inquiries to the community via phone or drop-in. Must be able to quickly establish rapport and complete a thorough discovery to address prospect needs. * Follow the ExSell with LCS sales process and utilization of ExSell Connection Sheets. * Conduct community tours, effectively overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale. * Conduct personal follow-up with a variety of prospects. Able to identify and make recommendations for addressing objections/needs. * Complete accurate documentation and timely data entry into the lead management system on a daily basis. * Stay up to date on the competition, including their strengths and weaknesses, and identify effective ways to overcome objections.

• Actively plan, participate, and execute in any in-house marketing events.
• Actively plan, participate, and execute in generating resident and prospect

referrals * Actively plan and participate in any community outreach efforts. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Associate's degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred).
• Two years’ experience in marketing/sales.
• One year's experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field.
• One year's experience in hospitality preferred.
• Self-starter, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work

independently. * Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident satisfaction from initial inquiry through the resident's length of stay. * Ability to represent the community professionally through appearance, communication, and conduct. * Proficiency in utilizing multiple CRM systems and digital marketing platforms. * Ability to assess prospective residents, including, but not limited to, determining the appropriate placement within the community's neighborhoods. * Attention to detail, including, but not limited to, lead management, lease preparation, and accurate data entry.
