About Our Property The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” when it opened on February 23, 1929. It has 39 acres of property and reopened in May 2021 after a $150 million restoration. It features over 700 rooms, more than 200,000 square feet of banquet space, nine food and beverage outlets (two restaurants, two bars, two poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in‑room dining), a luxury spa, and seven pools including a 65‑foot waterslide. Arizona Biltmore is part of the LXR Hotel & Resort by Hilton and is a hand‑selected collection of luxury hotels. What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do Server Assistant supports the service team by assisting servers, bussing and resetting tables, greeting guests with water service, and ensuring the dining room and patio are clean, organized, and set for service. This role helps maintain a smooth flow of service while delivering a warm and attentive guest experience. Essential Functions Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc. Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report any defects for repair. Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations. Assist servers with table service, including serving beverages, breads, etc. Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department. Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management. What Are We Looking For? Experience Prior food and beverage experience, preferred. Prior customer service experience, preferred. Prior luxury/upscale dining experience, preferred. Licenses or Certificates Maricopa Food Handlers Card.
