Assist with the sales process:
- Propose custom events & orders.
- Follow up on proposals.
- Book events & pick up orders.
Assist with catering preparation:
- Communicate with clients to provide an excellent planning experience.
- Collaborate with commissary production manager to order and prepare food items in advance.
- Prepare food, equipment & a team for events.
- Prepare pick up orders & deliveries.
- Schedule catering team for event & order prep.
Assist with catering execution:
- Cook & prepare menu items to brand standard.
- Schedule catering teams for On Site events and high-volume pick-up order days.
- Transport, set up & oversee On Site Catering events.
- Sell pick up orders and delivery catering.
