Seasonal: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking)

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.50 USD per hour. Pay Range / Rango salarial: $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour. Responsibilities Greet and service guests with minimal disruption. Work in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock. Push and stock product to the sales floor. Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments. Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signings are accurate. Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy. Support execution of major transitions and ISM. Provide guest services with cashiering, order pickup (OPU), and Drive Up (DU) where applicable. Accurately execute all pulls and backstock product from all departments. Process all inbound deliveries using the receive application to ensure inventory accuracy. Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits. Operate power equipment only if certified. Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy and follow equipment guidelines. Follow processes accurately, monitor progress, and prioritize tasks. Provide a shopping experience that meets guest needs. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Perform all other duties as needed. Qualifications Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members. Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Work independently and with a team. Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes. Accurately handle cash register operations. Climb up and down ladders. Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds. Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.
