Hiring Incentive: $1,000*Eligible full-time hires will receive $250 in their first paycheck and $750 in the first paycheck following successful completion of six months of employment.Associates must remain employed and in good standing at the time of each payment. Payments are prorated for part-time hires.Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking a mission-driven Medical Assistant to join our North Columbus Health Center full-time, working 37.5 hours per week.Union Status: Bargaining Unit PositionFLSA Status: Hourly, Non-ExemptAbout the RoleThe Medical Assistant supports patients throughout their health center experience by providing compassionate clinical assistance, patient education, and administrative support. This position works closely with clinicians and other health center team members to prepare patients for visits, assist with examinations and procedures, perform laboratory testing, maintain accurate medical records, and help ensure visits move efficiently.The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and comfortable discussing sensitive healthcare matters in a respectful and nonjudgmental manner.
