Registered Behavior Technician

Registered Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Monitor and document patient progress Provide support and training to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies Office hours M-F 8:30am-4:30pm Saturday-Closed Sunday-Closed Requirements Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and collect accurate data Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using electronic data collection systems for tracking patient progress Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
