Based at Rolling Hills Hospitality – Downtown Cincinnati Position Overview The Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) is responsible for leading the sales strategy and revenue growth for several hotels in the Urban Core, the Downtown Cincinnati / Riverfront market. These hotels have national affiliations with Marriott & IHG. This position is based at the Rolling Hills Hospitality corporate office in downtown Cincinnati and provides strategic leadership, business development, and direct sales support for all three properties. The RDOS will manage and mentor the on‑site sales teams at each hotel to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies, revenue goals, and brand initiatives. This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial Performance and Strategy for Rolling Hills Hospitality. #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
