Plant Manager

The Plant Manager at CJ Acquisitions is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Lead and mentor a team of Machine Operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor workflow and production schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to upper management. Collaborate with other departments, including Production Schedulers, Quality, and Engineers to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Conduct employee training and maintain accurate training records, ensuring all training is signed off, complete, and that employees fully understand the operational procedures. Assess staffing needs and assist with interviews for open positions. Assist with annual employee performance reviews. Determine overtime needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
