• You will sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, data, and experimentation, taking ideas from concept to reality.

• You will advance customer experience innovation, focusing on goodwill and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn ideas into testable hypotheses and run experiments from scoping to measurement.
• Partner with data science and customer experience teams to ensure experiments are grounded in real pain points.
• Build compelling cases to scale initiatives based on clear success metrics like CSAT, demand reduction, and cost.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in strategy, product, or operations with a track record of taking ideas from concept to execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills, bias to action, and ability to define and interpret success metrics.
• Collaborative and pragmatic, with curiosity about customer experience and motivation to improve it.
