Quality Control Inspector

: The Quality Assurance Inspector plays a key role in supporting the site quality program by conducting inspections and surveillance to verify compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and specifications. This position is essential to ensuring project deliverables meet client quality expectatio ns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIO NS:

Review and understand project technical requirements, including the prime contract, applicable codes, standards, and specificat ions.Conduct regular inspections and surveillance of construction activities to verify compliance with project quality stand ards.Document inspection results and report any non-conformance or quality is sues.Support quality audits and assist in gathering necessary documentation for audit activi ties.Provide input and recommendations on quality-related issues or improvements within assigned a reas.Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections and quality-related activi ties.Follow all site safety, quality, and environmental policies and proced ures.Perform other duties as assi gned.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFIC ATIONS:

Accredited two (2) or three (3) year Technical or Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent work ex perience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in construction or industrial project envi ronments.Industry certifications preferred, such as: ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing, AWS (American Welding Society), API (American Petroleum Institute) or NACE (National Association of Corrosion En gineers).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Pow Intren is an equal opportunity employer.
