You'll conduct admission assessments, coordinate with physicians and referral sources, obtain physician orders, assist with insurance authorization processes, and collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Directors of Nursing, and Customer Care Managers to maintain continuity of care.Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple moving parts will help ensure patients receive the services they need quickly, accurately, and efficiently.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate has experience coordinating care, working with physician orders, and communicating with insurance providers and managed care organizations.
