Human Resource Clerk

Human Resource Clerk This is an entery level HR position for those going to school for Human Resources or those wanting to enter the Human Resource filed. As a Human Resource Clerk you are responsible for all a variety of clerical duties within the HR department including filing, scanning, data entry and follow up on licensing and training spreadsheets primarily through excel. You will greet visitors, answering the phones, and man the front desk. You will assist with recruitment activities including writing and posting job ads, assigning following up with applicants. Working Hours: This is a full-time position, 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional evenings and weekends Qualifications: Human Resource work or educational experience preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality Organization skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and proof reading skills Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
