Urgent Need for Dependable CNA/HHA

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Personal Care Preferred Care at Home of Brevard, a nationwide senior care company, is seeking qualified caregivers in the Titusville,Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Merritt Island area. We have 12 hour daytime/overnight shifts for cases. We also have new cases becoming available every week. Openings have a flexible start date and a competitive pay structure. Opportunities are available in the following Areas: Titusville and Merritt Island As well as the in the following Cities: Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, The positions we are looking for includes (subject to your specific licensure but may include): Compassionate and Experienced Individuals, CNA’s (Certified Nursing Assistants), CHHA (Certified Home Health Aides), HHA (Home Health Aides) The openings include positions for live-in and overnight assignments, day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, part-time, and full-time opportunities. Certified Nursing Assistants, or CNAs, assist nurses and other medical staff by providing direct personal care for patients. This entry-level position is best suited for someone who genuinely cares for others’ well-being. Certified Nursing Assistant Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive Pay beginning at $17 - $19 per hour * Flexible Working Hours * Health Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities: * Help clients with daily activities, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, serving meals, helping clients eat, turning clients and ambulating clients * Take vital signs * Examine clients for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries/wounds * Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members * Provide and empty bedpans * Lift clients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc. * Clean and sanitize client areas, including changing bed sheets * Stay up-to-date on CNA training, policies and procedures Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course

• 75 hour HHA certification
