Senior Manager, Asset Management International Tax

Role: Senior Manager in International Tax, focusing on U.S. cross-border investment funds and transactional work. Responsibilities Provide planning advice on U.S. cross-border investments and transactions. Assist with business development to expand existing client services and attract new clients. Manage multiple client engagements, maintaining active communication and managing expectations. Research, write, and review tax advice related to U.S. international tax matters. Stay informed on U.S. technical developments and advise clients on their application. Qualifications & Skills Minimum eight years of experience in international and cross-border U.S. taxation, especially related to investment funds and M&A. Bachelor’s degree; professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or equivalent. Knowledge of international tax compliance and related quantitative matters. Hands-on deal experience, with ability to manage engagements efficiently. Strong planning, research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
