Supply Chain Analyst

JOB SUMMARY The individual is responsible for all aspects of the Supply Chain Management process, providing leadership and aligned organizational direction for the comprehensive supply chain function across strategic business unit/operations center. Scope of leadership includes supervising the supply chain team, supply chain strategic/tactical planning and execution, activities associated with all related business processes, from point of backlog order enter through to customer receipt of product to ensure quality, delivery and cost objectives are achieved. Highlights include: Supply chain strategy, S&OP, supplier development, procurement, inventory management, and materials planning Aerospace and defense manufacturing environment Strong company culture recognized by Newsweek as one of the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces Competitive compensation: $110K–$160K base ( depending on experience ) Opportunity to lead supplier performance, commodity strategies, cost-reduction initiatives, and cross-functional operational improvements Ideal candidates will have: 2-8+ years of supply chain experience S&OP and ERP experience Supplier development and commodity management background Manufacturing experience (aerospace/defense, electronics or Circuit Boards a plus or similar industries preferred) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA a Plus Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience a plus Aerospace or electronics manufacturing experience preferred APICS, ISM, CPSM, CPM, or related certifications preferred Exp with circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense a plus U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required Compensation & Benefits Annual bonus opportunity up to 10% Stock options 3 weeks of vacation Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 depending on location Excellent long-term growth and advancement potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
