Assistant Manager, Private Equity

Key Responsibilities Lead the client relationship management for assigned clients Actively cross‑sell our suite of services to our client base Apply US GAAP reporting standards for various fund structures Assist in the development of new and existing global client relationships, optimizing service offerings, productivity and profitability Manage the complete audit process Assist in the management of the NAV preparation and review process for our hedge fund clients Ensure adherence to documented procedures and policies Work on the integration of large fund administration mandates Collaborate with operational centres Work on ad hoc internal and global projects (as required) Ensure all deliverables are met on a timely and accurate basis Skills Required Approximately 5+ years’ fund accounting experience Understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting to act as a subject‑matter expert to the team High degree of commercial awareness and client service focus Knowledge of partnership accounting, management fee and incentive fee methodologies Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals Excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative consistently producing accurate and timely work Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions and professional intermediaries Professional accounting qualification a plus Demonstrated ability to automate processes Knowledge of investor KYC and AML requirements Salary ranges from USD $80,000 – $100,000 plus market‑competitive variable uncapped compensation based on performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
