ASSISTANT MANAGER

Overview Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor-Management at Braum's in Fayetteville, AR. This role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement. Position Title : Assistant Manager Experience : 2 years Shift : 2:00 pm - Close Hourly Compensation : $16.50 - $17.00 (annual $42,000 - $46,000) Work Schedule : Rotating 3-week schedule, expected 45 hours per week Reports to : Store Manager Responsibilities Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee daily operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales. Participate in monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed. Qualifications & Skills Customer focus. Work ethic with high standard for integrity. Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team. Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust. Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environmental conditions. Initiates action and achieves goals. Organized, detail oriented, following practices/procedures. Unit analysis: able to review, understand, and analyze reporting results.
