As a team manager, you will own complex challenges and contribute to a legacy of innovation in rail mobility.Your Role, Your ImpactLead scalable supplier quality initiatives for welding processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting global supply chain growth.Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, procurement, and suppliers to optimize quality outcomes and resolve technical issues.Implement rigorous reliability assessments and continuous improvement programs to minimize defects and enhance product performance.Drive innovation by introducing advanced welding technologies and methodologies, elevating Alstom’s competitive edge.Promote knowledge sharing and training across teams and suppliers, building a culture of quality and expertise.
