Key responsibilities Develop high-fidelity case studies, testimonials, and video stories to showcase customer success Nurture relationships with key customers to facilitate public storytelling and recognition Coordinate customer participation in events and webinars, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing efforts Required qualifications Experience in customer marketing, case studies, or advocacy content within B2B tech Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of nurturing customer connections Strong written and verbal communication abilities, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and a proactive approach to workflow optimization Proven storytelling skills with the ability to prioritize impactful narratives
