Job Duties Treat mild to moderate closed head injuries and post‑traumatic headaches. Provide in‑house computerized neurocognitive testing, including ImPACT testing, as well as vestibular, cognitive, and aquatic therapy. Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries. Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury. Recommend and conduct diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and appropriate treatment. Handle a high volume of personal injury patients; ensure timely and accurate documentation and reports. Provide testimony on behalf of some patients treated. Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and lead in a way aligned with ESG goals. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited educational institution. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland. Board Certified in Neurology. Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. DEA license. Ability to effectively interact with doctors, patients, and co‑workers. Tact and skill in patient management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to mentor and supervise staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of medicine, including diagnosis and treatment of human injuries, diseases, and deformities, drug properties, and preventive health‑care measures. Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes for providing high‑quality services and evaluating customer satisfaction. Physical/Mental Requirements Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, kneeling, crawling, climbing stairs and ladders; lifting up to 20 lbs.
