Essential Functions:

• Ensure cleanliness of public spaces according to daily assignment and standards.
• Ensure the safety of all guests and guests’ belongings.
• Stock and organize housekeeping closets to ensure items are readily available.
• Empty and replace all trash liners within the trash cans
• Assist room attendants with retrieving items necessary for cleaning of guest units as well as trash removal.
• Complete detail cleaning items as assigned.
• Keep storage and supply clean and tidy.
• Other duties and projects assigned by management.

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a weight of 25lbs
• Must be able to work walking and or standing continuously for a period of 8 hours
• Team member may have to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Team member is often required to sit and use his or her hands and fingers to handle or feel
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision
• Team Member must talk and hear

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in cleaning position preferred
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Excellent follow up and attention to detail skills required
• Passion and excitement for the hospitality/service industry
• Ability to work in high paced environment
Strong ability to Multitask
