In the role of Compensation Analyst, we'll count on you to: Conduct market studies as requested by HR, recruiters and/or managersManage the participation of all salary and benefits surveysPartners with the Sr Compensation Administrator in all aspects of HDR salary and incentive planning processesMaintain Payfactors market pricing system by ensuring upload of salary survey results and updating employee dataManage the HR portion of the prevailing wage administrationPrepare quarterly compensation reports for internal Board membersUpdate geographic differential report quarterly for recruiters and HR repsComplete the market pricing portion of annual FAR auditWork with internal compliance, accounting staff and external auditors as neededManages the annual Straight-Time Overtime Exemption AuditResponsible for the Equal Pay audits for CanadaProvide compensation-related information for the annual Total Compensation StatementsAssists the Diversity and Inclusion team with the annual pay equity testing analysisPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsIntermediate PowerBI skills or the willingness to learn#LI-KJ1QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business or closely-related field A minimum of 3 years related compensation experienceProficient with Microsoft Office products Strong Excel skills using formulas, functions & pivot tables Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting compensation Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate with all levels of employees Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentialityAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We BelieveHDR is our company.
