What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
