governance.Your Primary Responsibilities:Design, build, secure, automate, operate, and provide Level 3 and Level 4 engineering support for enterprise DevSecOps platforms and servicesDevelop and enhance platform architecture, service capabilities, integrations, and automation solutions that support secure and reliable software deliveryLead product lifecycle activities, including platform upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, bug fixes, technology refreshes, and operational readinessMaintain the availability, performance, security, scalability, and resiliency of production and non-production platform environmentsAdminister and support Linux, AWS, container, middleware, database, and enterprise DevSecOps technology environmentsDevelop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, scripts, self-service capabilities, and operational automation using tools and languages such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Python, Shell, and GroovySupport enterprise security, risk, compliance, audit, access control, and platform hardening requirementsImplement monitoring, alerting, capacity management, backup, disaster recovery, and service continuity capabilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve complex platform, infrastructure, application, pipeline, and integration issuesParticipate in incident response, service restoration, root cause analysis, problem management, and continuous improvement activitiesProvide engineering consultation and integration support to application teams, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity partners, and other internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with technology vendors and internal support teams to resolve product issues and deliver platform improvementsMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, engineering standards, and platform support materialsParticipate in the team’s 24x7 on-call support rotation for critical enterprise DevSecOps servicesEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen platform security, reliability, automation, and operational efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical disciplineMinimum 6 years of experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering within a high-paced production environmentProven experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications, infrastructure, and technology platformsStrong knowledge of cloud technologies and services, preferably AWSAdvanced Linux system administration experience, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise LinuxExperience with container technologies and orchestration platforms, including KubernetesKnowledge of Java-based middleware technologies, including Java, Tomcat, and GroovyExperience with relational database technologies, including PostgreSQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL ServerHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Python, Shell, or GroovyExperience designing, developing, and supporting CI/CD solutions using Jenkins pipelines and GroovyEngineering and administration experience with enterprise DevSecOps platforms such as Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus Repository, Nexus IQ, Fortify, or comparable toolsExperience managing product lifecycles, including upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, technology refreshes, and operational readinessUnderstanding of enterprise security, compliance, risk management, audit, and access-control requirementsStrong scripting or application development experience using Java, Groovy, Python, or similar modern programming languagesExperience working within Agile delivery and project management environmentsAbility to participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation for critical enterprise
