Key Duties:

• Outpatient Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management in a 100% outpatient setting.

• TMS Leadership: Oversee and provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services as part of a modern treatment portfolio.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with a highly skilled team of psychologists, psychotherapists, and primary care providers to coordinate holistic treatment plans.

• Academic Mentorship: Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents through established academic partnerships.

• Specialty Expansion: Grow and integrate specific areas of clinical interest into your daily practice.

• Technological Integration: Utilize AI ambient dictation (DAX Copilot) and Epic EMR to maintain high-quality documentation and streamlined workflows.

• Shared Governance: Engage in shareholder meetings and weigh in on operational improvements as a physician-owner.

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Adult Psychiatry.

• Skills: Proficiency in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services.

• Licensure: Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the state of Wisconsin.

• Academic Interest: A passion for teaching and clinical supervision.

• Collaborative Spirit: Proven success working within a multidisciplinary, team-based care model.

• Specialty Focus: Interest in expanding sub-specialty areas within an outpatient framework.

• Location: Green Bay, WI

• Work Type: 100% Outpatient | Full-Time

• Schedule: Standard Business Hours | No Call

• Compensation: Competitive salary with shareholder eligibility after approximately one year.
