Forklift Operator - Sit Down - Now Hiring

We are hiring expert Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists who can handle complex pallet movement and racking operations. This opportunity focuses on maximizing inventory throughput and offers a rewarding challenge with great earnings and advancement potential.

Your responsibilities:

- Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
- Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
- Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
- Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
- Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.

Dress Code & PPE Requirements Shirts: Must have sleeves (no tank tops) and be completely free of any holes or rips. Pants: Must be in good condition without any holes, rips, or tears. Graphics: No profane, offensive, or suggestive text or images are allowed on any clothing. Footwear: Closed-toe and non-slip footwear only. Composite-toe shoes or steel-toe shoes are strictly required. Safety Vest: A safety vest must be worn at all times while inside the warehouse facility.
