We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team, providing exceptional care to elderly and disabled individuals. This role involves not only clinical responsibilities but also compassionate support to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Join us in making a meaningful difference through professional and empathetic nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to elderly and disabled clients
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene
- Monitor and document patients' health status and communicate updates to healthcare teams and families
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to devise optimal care plans
- Support light household duties and help maintain a comfortable living environment
- Coordinate and accompany clients on errands as needed
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in personal care or related healthcare fields
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport with diverse clients
