Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle orthopaedic products in the Dayton, OH territory. The role involves building clinical relationships with surgeons and healthcare providers, managing a product portfolio, and achieving sales targets while supporting surgical cases.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive offerings
- Acquire new accounts and expand sales with existing customers in assigned geography
- Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product use and clinical applications
- Provide case support and in-operative assistance to surgeons, residents, and OR personnel
- Collaborate with regional leadership on business planning, targeting, and market strategy to achieve financial targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years experience, or Associate's degree/CST plus 6+ years orthopedic/trauma experience
- Minimum 3 years selling, account management, or related experience
- Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in healthcare settings
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and business acumen
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel; residency in or willingness to relocate to territory
