As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in making a difference in the lives of our clients.

About the role:

As a caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your tasks may include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and management
• Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Engaging in activities that stimulate mental and emotional well-being, such as conversation, games, and outings
• Reporting any changes or concerns to our care management team

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and care team members
• Collaborate with care managers to create personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to clients' needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services provided
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in senior care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in senior care or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on exceptional customer service
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all state and federal requirements for working with seniors
