Procurement Specialist

Opening Details Opening due to FTE attrition and upcoming S4 transition special projects. Potential for FTE conversion based on performance. Target start date: July 13. Work Schedule & Location Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Key Skills Required Effective communication skills (phone and email). Strong task and workload management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or production environment. Advanced procurement certifications preferred (e.g., CPM). Experience with SAP and other ERP systems preferred. Interview Process Interviews will be conducted through a combination of video and in-person meetings. Primary Responsibilities Support sourcing and procurement activities for manufacturing, field operations, technology, or project management. Execute Category Management strategies and procurement policies. Issue purchase orders and manage local procurement activities. Create RFQs, coordinate competitive bidding processes, and evaluate supplier performance. Contribute to cost containment, operational efficiency, and procurement effectiveness. Certifications/Tools No specific machinery or tools required. Notable Considerations Role supports critical business activities related to the upcoming S4 transition.
