Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive in the office.
• Direct visitor to the appropriate persona and office
• Accept payments
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
