As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding observations, incidents, and changing site conditions. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
