Responsibilities: Support the implementation of customized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Assist patients with exercises and modalities as directed, ensuring proper technique and safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and therapy equipment. Document patient progress and treatment details accurately and timely. Adhere to all safety protocols and facility policies during patient interactions. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications: Credentialed as a Physical Therapy Assistant with valid licensure or certification. Proven experience supporting physical therapy treatments in a clinical environment. Strong understanding of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient handling techniques.
