At Autumn of Life Home Care, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality non-medical home care services to seniors and veterans throughout the DFW Metroplex. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our referral network and expand community partnerships.

Position Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, physicians, case managers, social workers, VA organizations, and community partners. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating referrals, and supporting the continued growth of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
• Conduct routine marketing visits to hospitals, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, independent living communities, and physician offices
• Generate new client referrals and business opportunities throughout the DFW area
• Represent Autumn of Life Home Care at networking events, community outreach events, and industry meetings
• Educate referral partners and families about the agency’s services and benefits
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with referral sources
• Track marketing activities, referral outcomes, and weekly productivity
• Collaborate with internal office staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and continuity of care
• Assist with strategic marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the agency’s reputation in the community

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, home health, assisted living, or related healthcare sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of the DFW healthcare market preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience with CRM systems or marketing tracking tools is a plus
