Registered Nurse (RN) Neuro Telemetry (Night Shift)

Location: Everett, Washington Position Type: Full-Time, Night Shift, Permanent

Verovian Healthcare Recruitment Agency is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Neuro Telemetry Unit on the night shift at a leading healthcare facility in Everett, Washington. This role is ideal for a nurse with a passion for neurology and telemetry, offering an opportunity to deliver specialized care to patients with neurological conditions requiring continuous cardiac and neuro monitoring.

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, seizures, and traumatic brain injuries. Monitor patients using telemetry and neuro-monitoring technology to detect changes in cardiac rhythm and neurological status. Collaborate with physicians, neurologists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Administer medications and perform interventions in accordance with clinical guidelines and hospital policies. Respond rapidly to neurological and cardiac changes, ensuring patient safety and timely escalation of care. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding neuro-related diagnoses and recovery processes.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in telemetry or neuro nursing preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively during night shifts.
