Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet service goals. Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, develop leads, and market appropriate products and services. Requirements Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening. Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Self‑motivated and proactive in problem solving. Pride in getting work done accurately and timely. Ability to make presentations to potential customers. Ability to achieve mutually agreed upon service and marketing goals. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
