What You'll Do

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you'll speak with individuals who have expressed interest in life insurance and help them find coverage that fits their needs and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with prospective clients by phone
• Working provided leads
• Identifying each client's insurance needs, goals, and budget
• Explaining Final Expense and life insurance options
• Helping clients complete insurance applications
• Providing a professional and positive customer experience
• Following company and insurance compliance requirements
• Participating in ongoing training and coaching

Licensing

A Life Insurance License is preferred but not required to apply .

For qualified candidates who are not currently licensed, Guardians Way provides assistance through the licensing process and covers approved licensing expenses.

Compensation

This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential .

Estimated annual earnings: $50,000–$100,000+

Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance, production, and other applicable factors. There is no guarantee of a specific level of earnings.

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Delray Beach, FL 33445

This position is 100% in-office and is not a remote position.

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our Delray Beach office.

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time from our Delray Beach office
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance License if not currently licensed
